Spa Policy

24-HOURS CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation requests have to be made at least 24-hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice will be subjected to a 100% cancellations fee or voucher redemption.
  • All missed (No-Show) appointments will be charged a 100% of the service.
  • Refund requests will only be entertained with proper documentation supporting the reason for the missed appointment (i.e. Doc’s note, Bank note).
  • All sales of gift certificates, packages, and vouchers are final and non-refundable.

YOUNG CHILDREN AND PETS POLICY

  • It is the responsibility of the clients to notify the staff of any underage clients prior to the appointment and they must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.
  • Young children are not allowed on the premises. We do not offer any childcare amenities or services, and cannot take responsibility for the safety of the children.
  • Due to allergy and other concerns, we regret that we cannot allow any pets on our premises.

VOUCHERS FROM 3RD PARTY, PLEASE READ!

  • Only 1 voucher per client will be allowed. A 2nd visit with another voucher will not be honored.
  • Select a service from the “Voucher from a 3rd Party” category when making your appointment. Otherwise, the appointment may not be honored!
  • For couple massage, please go through the booking process twice when making the appointment for the same time.
  • Tips of 15% of the retail price per service is suggested as per the regular rate of Washington DC.
