Cancellation requests have to be made at least 24-hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice will be subjected to a 100% cancellations fee or voucher redemption.
All missed (No-Show) appointments will be charged a 100% of the service.
Refund requests will only be entertained with proper documentation supporting the reason for the missed appointment (i.e. Doc’s note, Bank note).
All sales of gift certificates, packages, and vouchers are final and non-refundable.
YOUNG CHILDREN AND PETS POLICY
It is the responsibility of the clients to notify the staff of any underage clients prior to the appointment and they must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.
Young children are not allowed on the premises. We do not offer any childcare amenities or services, and cannot take responsibility for the safety of the children.
Due to allergy and other concerns, we regret that we cannot allow any pets on our premises.
VOUCHERS FROM 3RD PARTY, PLEASE READ!
Only 1 voucher per client will be allowed. A 2nd visit with another voucher will not be honored.
Select a service from the “Voucher from a 3rd Party” category when making your appointment. Otherwise, the appointment may not be honored!
For couple massage, please go through the booking process twice when making the appointment for the same time.
Tips of 15% of the retail price per service is suggested as per the regular rate of Washington DC.
