Spa Policy

24-HOURS CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation requests have to be made at lesat 24-hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice will be subjected to a 100% cancellations fee or voucher redemption.
  • All missed (No-Show) appointments will be charged a 100% of the service.
  • Refund requests will only be entertained with proper documentation supporting the reason for the missed appointment (i.e. Doc’s note, Bank note).
  • All sales of gift certificates, packages, and vouchers are final and non-refundable.

YOUNG CHILDREN AND PETS POLICY

  • Any client who is under the age of 18 must notify the staff prior to the appointment, and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
  • Young children are not allowed on the premises. We do not offer any childcare amenities or services, and cannot take responsibility for the safety of the children.
  • We love our pets but please do not bring them to the spa. Due to allergy and other concerns, we regret that we cannot allow any pets on our premises.

VOUCHERS FROM 3RD PARTY, PLEASE READ!

  • Select a service from the “Voucher from a 3rd Party” category when making your appointment. Otherwise, the appointment may not be honored!
  • For couple massage, please go through the booking process twice when making the appointment for the same time.
  • Credit card information is collected for purposes of confirming the appointment only, and will not be charged at the point of reservation, unless client wishes to pre-pay for the service(s).
  • Only 1 voucher per client will be allowed. A 2nd visit with another voucher will not be honored.
