Spa Policy

24-HOURS CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

  • Credit card information is collected for purposes of confirming the appointment only, and will not be charged at the point of reservation, unless client wishes to pre-pay for the service(s).
  • Cancellation have to be made at least 24-hours prior to your appointment. Less than 24-hours notice will be subjected to a 100% cancellations fee or voucher redemption.
  • All No-Show appointments will be charged a 100% of the service.
  • Refund requests will only be entertained with proper supporting documentation for the missed appointment (i.e. Doc’s note, etc).
  • All sales of gift certificates, packages, and vouchers are final and non-refundable.

CHILDREN AND PETS POLICY

  • Any client who is under the age of 18 must notify the staff prior to the appointment, and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
  • Young children are not allowed on the premises. We do not offer any childcare amenities or services, and cannot take responsibility for the safety of the children.
  • Due to allergies and other concerns, we regret that we cannot allow any pets on our premises.

VOUCHERS FROM 3RD PARTY, PLEASE READ!

  • Select a service from the “Voucher from a 3rd Party” category when making your appointment.
  • For couple massage, please go through the booking process twice when making the appointment for the same time.
  • Only 1 voucher per client will be allowed. A 2nd visit with another voucher will not be honored.
