24-HOURS CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

  • Credit card information is collected for purposes of confirming the appointment only, and will not be charged at the point of reservation.
  • Cancellation have to be made at least 24-hours prior to your appointment. Less than 24-hours notice for cancellations, reschedule, or No-shows will be subjected to a 100% cancellations fee or voucher redemption.
  • All sales of gift certificates, packages, and vouchers are final and non-refundable.

CHILDREN AND PETS POLICY

  • Any client who is under the age of 18 must notify the staff prior to the appointment, and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
  • Young children are not allowed on the premises. We do not offer any childcare amenities or services, and cannot take responsibility for the safety of the children.
  • Due to allergies and other concerns, we regret that we cannot allow any pets on our premises.

If at any time you are not comfortable during the appointment, please do not hesitate to call a stop to the service IMMEDIATELY.

  • For couple massage, please go through the booking process twice when making the appointment for the same time.
  • Only 1 voucher per client. A 2nd visit with another voucher will not be honored.
